About Us

Frank Madden, President
Frank has been in the construction business for near 50 years and has been involved in every phase of construction from site development to finished product.  In recent years he has narrowed his focus to the sale, delivery and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings.

Frank is a family man married to his sweetheart, Joyce for over 55 years.  He is the father of six children and grandfather of 16 grand-children.  He has been a member of the same church and ranking board member for over 25 years.  His friends are far too numerous to mention.

Joyce has worked with Frank as bookkeeper, office manager, estimator ... well you name it.  Joyce's knowledge of the components of foundations and pre-engineered steel buildings is un-paralleled.

Gary Madden, Vice-President
Gary grew up with the construction business and has owned an operated his own companies for over 30 years dealing with every phase of construction.  His companies have built huge mini-warehouse complexes, medical centers, warehouses and simple storage buildings.  In recent years he has narrowed his focus to work with his Dad, specializing in the sale, delivery and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings.

Gary has been a Pastor / Evangelist for 35 years and currently pastors The Pentecostals at Crosby along with his wife of 33 plus years, Donna.  They have two children, Aaron and Hannah and one cat, Lilly and a family yorkie, Teddy.
